Every stain can be removed?
Partly trueRemoving a stain depends on several factors, above all how old it is and what caused it. When a stain has been there a long time, it often bonds with the material so much that it can no longer be removed completely. Even so, the whole surface is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, and the stain remains only as a visible trace, softened as much as possible.
Deep cleaning is only needed when the furniture is really dirty?
FalseTwice a year is recommended, for hygiene, health and a longer life for your furniture. With a pet in the house, at least once every 3 months.
Drying
How long does furniture take to dry after deep cleaning?
6 to 8 hours, with equipment that pulls out as much moisture as possible. In the cold months drying takes 8 to 10 hours.
How can I help the furniture dry faster?
Every treatment ends with thorough water extraction. After that we advise open windows, a fan, and a heater when it is cold. Deep cleaning without proper drying is only half the job.
Can furniture be deep cleaned when it is cold outside?
Yes. Deep cleaning is not just for summer, it is done all year round: room temperature always stays the same or close to it, so the furniture dries normally.

How much does deep cleaning cost?
Prices are given as a range, depending on the material, size and how dirty it is. For example: armchair RSD 700 to 1,200, three-seater RSD 2,200 to 2,500, corner sofa RSD 2,500 to 4,000.

No. The call-out to your address is free.
Do you charge extra for the back of the sofa?
No. Cleaning the back of the furniture costs nothing extra.
Do you offer anything for businesses?
Hospitality venues, business premises and car lots get extra benefits. Ask us when you book.

Products and safety
Is it safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly natural products and certified professional chemistry that is safe for children and pets and completely gentle on the fabric.
What do you clean with?
Professional Kärcher machines. For deep cleaning furniture and textiles we use Kärcher RM 760, and for every problem there is a specific product that gives the best result.
What does deep cleaning remove?
Stains, unpleasant odours, dust mites, dust, bacteria and allergens. Your furniture will be fresh, clean and disinfected.
Cars
Do I bring the car, or do you come to me?
Whichever suits you: you can bring the car to us, or we come to you. The choice is yours.
What do you need when you come to me?
When we clean a car at your address, we need electricity and water.
What is the difference between the Basic and Gold packages?
The Basic package, from RSD 6,000: full vacuuming of the interior and the boot, deep cleaning of the seats, floor mat cleaning, cleaning all plastic and leather parts, wiping the inside of the windows and removing unpleasant odours. The Gold package, from RSD 8,000: everything in Basic, plus detailed cleaning of the air vents, deep cleaning of the boot and all floor surfaces, cleaning hard-to-reach spots, an antibacterial treatment and ceramic protection for the interior.
About the serviceDo you also clean trucks and buses?
Yes. Truck cabs from RSD 5,000, buses RSD 300 per seat. We also polish headlights, RSD 2,500.
