Privacy policy.

In short: the website itself does not collect or keep your data. We only receive data when you contact us, and we use it to reply to you and do the job.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Deep Clean, deep cleaning of furniture and cars, Belgrade and surroundings.

What data we receive

When you contact us. You send the enquiry yourself: by phone, WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram or e-mail. We then receive what you tell us or write: your name, phone number, what needs cleaning, your municipality or address if you give it, your message and any photos you send.

The form on the site. The form only prepares the message and opens your WhatsApp or e-mail app; you send the message yourself. The site sends nothing and keeps nothing on the server.

When we come to you. For the agreed job we use the name, phone number and address you gave us.

Visits to the site. Like every web server, ours records technical data about requests: IP address, time, the page address and browser details. The site uses no analytics, no advertising cookies and no tracking.

Why, and on what legal basis

Replying to your enquiry, booking a time and doing the job: steps taken at your request before a contract, and performing the contract with you.

Records of the work done: a legal obligation, to the extent accounting and tax rules require them.

Server records and protecting the site: our legitimate interest in keeping the site reliable and secure.

Who else receives data

We never sell your data or give it to anyone for advertising.

The site runs on a server of our hosting and maintenance provider, in a data centre in Germany (EU). Cloudflare, a content delivery and security network, delivers and protects the site.

Messages you send us pass through the service you chose yourself (phone, WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram or e-mail), and that service's own privacy rules apply to them as well.

Transfers outside Europe

Cloudflare, Google (Gmail) and Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram) are US companies and may process data outside the European Union as well. Such transfers rely on those providers' standard contractual clauses and on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep data

Messages and calls stay in our phone, messaging apps and e-mail inbox until we delete them, and we delete them at your request.

Records of the work done are kept for as long as the job needs them and as long as accounting and tax rules require.

Server records are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Data in your browser stays as long as stated below, or until you clear it.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to get a copy, to ask for it to be corrected, deleted or restricted, to ask for it to be transferred, and to object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

Send your request to dubinsko.beogradd@gmail.com. We reply without delay, within the time the law sets.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).

Cookies and data in your browser

The site sets no cookies at all. It keeps only the following in your browser, and only so that it works:

Analytics and marketing are not in use at the moment. If we add them, they will only load once you allow them, and this page and the Cookies page will be updated first.

Children

The site is not aimed at children under 15 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Security

The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only authorised staff of the hosting and maintenance provider can access the server, and only the Deep Clean team reads your messages.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page. Last updated: 26.10.2026.
